“At Brown & Jennings, a client’s cause becomes our charge to do what is right.”
Brown & Jennings, PLC is a client and community centered team of personal injury law professionals. We care about our clients and champion each of their causes with the knowledge that this makes our community a better and safer place to live, work, and play.
We know and act upon the knowledge that honest, straight-forward communication is an essential ingredient for successful representation. We strive to keep our clients informed about the progress of their case, return their telephone calls in a timely manner, and answer their questions and concerns.
We have the experience, resources, and “fire” to represent our clients against the most ardent foes. But we often find that our most powerful asset in any case is the rightness of a client’s cause as it drives us, and the legal system within which we work, toward a fair and just result. We are involved in our community and are strong supporters of several community initiatives including:
Brain Injury Services of Southwest Virginia (BISSWVA) is an organization dedicated to helping survivors of traumatic brain injury. For more than a decade, Mr. Brown, with the support of the firm, has contributed his energies serving as a volunteer, a past Chair of the Board, and currently as a member of the Board of Trustees. In these capacities, Mr. Brown has and continues to frequently offer his time and expertise by actively participating in local meetings, service groups, new initiatives, and fundraisers.
Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) was incorporated in 1980 “to stop drunk driving, support the victims of this violent crime, and prevent underage drinking.” Brown & Jennings is honored to help support the Roanoke / Smith Mountain Lake Chapter of MADD in its mission to help prevent needless injury and death by, among other things, raising awareness about the dangers of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Friends of the Firm (FoF) is an initiative by Brown & Jennings to collaborate with our current and former clients and local leaders to discuss ways in which we can improve our services, cultivate community ties, and work in the community to help others. If there is something we can do better for our firm, clients, or the community, we want to know.
